Members of Delta Theta Epsilon form very close bonds with each other and build friendships that last. Since Delta Theta Epsilon is a social sorority, members are able to meet many different people from other sororities, fraternities, and other organizations through mixers and events together. The DOEs want to grow and find more women that embody their principles; therefore, they participate in both Fall and Spring Recruitment each year.

In order to be eligible to be a DOE, you must have at least a 2.75 cumulative GPA.

This is the highest GPA requirement of any social sorority at Carthage College. 

Additionally, you must uphold our 7 cardinal values of:

sisterhood, scholarship, spiritual growth, character, truth and justice, social activities, and philanthropy.
