In order to promote fellowship and sisterhood, we will always make time for one another and provide a support system.

The DOEs recognize the importance of a balanced mind, body and spirit and will promote overall wellness.

The DOEs will promote honesty no matter the situation, as well as standing on the right side of justice.

The DOEs seek to make the world around them a better place through philanthropic endeavors.

The DOEs promote academic growth and the expansion of knowledge.

The DOEs believe in the importance of moral integrity and honor. We will choose members who exhibit these qualities.

As fully engaged members of both the Panhellenic Council and Carthage College, the DOEs realize the importance of networking and friendliness. Thus, we strive to attend as many campus events as possible, both individually and as a sorority.
